We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be completely satistied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product(s) purchased, we will happily issue a full refund or a replacement product. Please note that if there was an error made on your part during the order or proofind process, we unforutnately cannot issue a refund or exchange on those items. Please note that items being returned must be in new or like new condition, with no damage. Some returns may be sukect to a re-stocking fee of up to 50%.
Please reach out to us within three weeks of recieving your product(s) to let us know about the problem. Any return or exchange requests after three weeks of receipt date will not be accepted.
Please note that you may responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Chugach Wood Co.
We will do everything possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to contact us about any issues, ideas, suggestions, etc.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an issue caused by Chugach Wood Co. such as a mis-spelled word, wrong color used, etc. Whenever possible, we supply a proof or design for you to review, and it is your responsability to verify correct spelling, colors, size, etc. If you have a question or issue regarding your custom order, please contact us.
If there was an issue caused by Chugach Wood Co., please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide a return shipping label to return the item to us for exchange or refund.
If you would like to return the item for a reason out of our control, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs in addition to any re-stocking fees. Before sending any item(s) back, please reach out to us and let us know about the issue.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing packages when shipped with a third party such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. If you have an issue with shipping or did not recieve your package, please contact us and we will try and resolve it with the shipping company directly. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.
